I am on 500 cal deficit and from exercise I burn 500 calcal(approxx) which adds up to 1000 cal deficit so now it depends on how much faster you wanna lose weight. I want to go slow and steady so i eat back my workout cal.... I hope you get it....

Just don't go below your bmr coz that will damage your metabolism... I did the same thing I cut short my calories to 1200 which are very less for a guy and damaged my metabolism though I fine now but calculate you bmr on bmr calculator...

Same here lost around 80 pounds and now suffering from the same problem... Though I started eating my calories above my bmr.... There is one YouTube channel Micheal Korey. Go to its playlist look for macros and diet that might help you....

You should try intermittent fasting its a great way to loose weight. L lost 6 pounds last week give it a try and best of luck!!!!
