What's tdee? BMR is what your body burns naturally, doing absolutely nothing else. 1lb equals 3500 calories. So for 2 lbs a week you would wanna cut back 7000 a week/ 1000 a day. So your BMR plus what you burn off-1000 calories would be equal to 2 lbs a week.

Also, a tip from a Dr was while you are trying to lose weight you do not eat your extra calories burned off. Only stick to you calorie goal for the day. Once you hit the goal weight, then you can eat your extra calories to maintain. :smile:

The activity record from the device button press is merely to allow viewing those stats for that block of time, you can manually make an activity record too for same purpose.
