  • Veggies are always a good choice to snack on. I try to have a few to choice from in my lunch box so I don't get bored and reach for the candy.
  • I am having so much trouble with the nutritional part. I am getting the workouts in but I am having such a hard time seeing results. Are any of u in the same boat. I have restarted it twice becuz I give up at week three and realize I want results so I start all over.
