I try my best to not bring it into the house. That way when I want a donut or something, I have to go out for it. I find this sometimes makes me want it less because I have to go out and it isn't there to mindlessly eat. And two it makes it a treat. I have worked really hard to not have these things in my regular diet and…

Wow! Congratulations everyone on your hard work and weight loss! I am also 5'5 and my goal is 130-135. I agree though it is totally about how you feel! Just keep moving, trying new exercises and keep recording your food. When I lost weight after my first child, I got to a point where in order to get rid of that last 5-10…

Please feel free to add me too! I was doing really well with clean eating before as well, and gave into the sweets and "easy" food! I have gotten back on the right track the last few weeks and love having people that can keep me honest and accountable! My diary is open and I am logging the good, the bad and the ugly! Lol

I feel like you are talking about me! I am 26, mommy of two and keep wrecking my progress. I get in my own way and understand that fear and shame you mentioned. I agree with the other post - shame is not the way to go. We are human, we can't be perfect and the feelings shame bring about only bring us back into the same…

If you keep exercising and eating healthy, whole foods with good portion sizes, there should be no reason to gain the weight back. Just stick with what you are doing and you should be good! :)

Hi! I have a 3 month old and a 6 year old. I am breastfeeding as well. What has helped me keep my supply up is eating high protein foods (cottage cheese, natural sliced turkey) and food with good fats like avocado.

My allowance is 2500 for the day, and I'm still have difficulty. I love lactation cookies :) mmmmm.... [/quote] What are lactation cookies? I am also nursing, my daughter is almost 3 months. My calorie goal is 1590 a day. I try (key word) to stay 100-200 calories under that a day and do not eat back my exercise calories…

I have a 6 year old and a 2.5 month old. With it being summer break, I haven't gotten into a routine yet because some days we all sleep late/special days, etc. BUT I am excited for back to school next week to get into a routine. But my son loves to bike which is awesome because then I am running behind him pushing the baby…

The little sleep part is for sure the hardest! But... If you get into exercising it makes you not feel quite so tired those days! I have a 6 year old and a baby who was born in June. Staying active through the day has helped me HUGE in getting through the day with energy and not snacking at home. (And lots of water and tea…

My diary is open as well. Feel free to add me. I am doing my best to eat my version of clean eating. This includes, make everything homemade or if I buy something made it has to have 5 ingredients or less on the label and I have to know what they are! No unknown ingredients! Still learning and figuring it out. Feel free to…

Hi there! I am breastfeeding as well, I have a 6 week old! So far, I haven't had any problems with the amount of milk I am producing. I have been careful to make sure I am eating good fats and proteins and don't stay under my calorie by too much. For exercising, I have been running/doing work out videos and walks but don't…

I always have a big container of veggies cut up in the fridge... That way when you are running around and need a snack you are more likely to grab some of that because it is easy and no prep. Also, homemade muffins, homemade granola (with plain yogurt and berries), homemade granola bars, fresh fruit, a couple slices of…

I have an almost 6 week old and a almost 6 year old! Been tracking my food on here for two weeks now and this week starting to add more exercise, above just walking. Are any of you with LO's breastfeeding? I want to get back into shape but have heard that exercising can lower your milk production and I am trying to make…
