I dont know how to put my diary from today in here. But, i almost never eat breakfast. Just a few cups of plain, black coffee. I break my exercise up to 3 times a day - early morning, lunch time (im very fortunate to have a gym in my office building), then again after work. So 2 of those are usually before ive had anything…
