  • Fellow MFP members - when starting your journey did you start off slowly cutting away certain foods/drinks and by slowly adding exercise into your life or did you hop on full fled & cut everything all at once and jumped right into exercise?
  • That's right... I'm a bride to be! (July '09). Needless to say, I've put off getting in shape and losing some pounds. & now is the time to get down to business! I couldn't imagine getting married in the shape I am in now, so I really really really have a desire to lose the extra weight. I am aiming to lose 50 to 60 pounds…
