  • I'm 4'10 and I'm on a 1200 calorie a day. On my strength training days, mfp put me on 1500 calories 3x a week. I'm trying to lose approximately 5 lbs so I can have a more toned physique. I'm pretty muscular already. I just need to eat properly so that I can lose a bit of fat off my belly. Feel free to add me.
