That’s the back of the box with all the nutritional info. They are only small wraps, not the tiniest but not the huge ones.

Mine is the same. If I am purposely walking (dog walking) I will set my watch to ‘outdoor walking’ and it then adds calories onto my diary. HTH x

@julebrus2020 no it’s healthy eating however you don’t track calories, you track ‘syns’. You pay £5 and you get access to an app which tells you the syns in certain foods. It’s a very big diet club in the uk.

It took me a while to stop thinking in syns and start thinking calories instead. I find MFP so much less restrictive tho. I love that I can have bread and cereal on the same day! I tend to just eat healthy and have a little treat (like I did when following SW) and it all just slots into place.

Happy new year!! I’m hoping to lose around 2.5 stone which I think is around 15kg. But I also want to be able to run a 10k by July! 🏃♀️

Yes, if you cluck on steps in the menu it should give you the option of Apple Watch. You might need to go into the watch app to change your preferences x

Hey!! Same here. I lost around 20lbs for my holiday earlier this year with the intention of carrying on when I came home.....I didn’t and gained around a stone back 🙈 need to get the stone off and keep going to his time. Hoping to lose around 40lbs but also get fit!

I want to lose 16lb in the next 8 weeks before I go away. Also plan to RUN a 5k at the end of September so hoping the weight loss and fitness will go hand in hand.

Hi, I'm in the same boat. I've always done either WW or SW and have decided no more. I know people that have done really well with MFP and just good old fashioned calorie counting so I'm going to give it ago. Good luck with your weight loss journey.
