I'm still learning about inositol too, so hope more people contribute. I've read great things about it on PCOS Diva, but choosing to not use expensive brand names. They claim greater potency and success, but sounds like typical weight loss industry hype to me. Any thoughts?

Metformin and I are not on speaking terms. I am taking inositol along with increased omega3, vit D and B12. Going off BC and switching to IUD to stop fibroid bleeding and anemia. Please pray for me!
