Yes, the trunk has become my new best friend. All food and drink is stored in there until I can sit down and enjoy every bite. Mindless eating is where the calorie bombs start coming into play.

I am not really " droopy" but my arms and legs are a lot smaller than my middle. I look a little deformed, but my middle with shrink with time and it will all even out again.

I was following Atkins for a while and the cravings where killing me. Now that I am just following a calorie restriction plan I am able to have a little of something. The best thing is to just grab a Hershey bar with no nuts. It is chocolate and not too bad on the calories. I break it up and freeze the pieces so they last…

Next time try making a hot chocolate with only 4oz of almond milk and spoon feed. That kills the chocolate craving every time :)

I have to eat in while driving. I do not know when this started, but I feel like I need a cookie in my hand as soon as I get in the car. I no longer allow food in the car and everything goes into the trunk.

You will get there and I will too. I am 31 258.8 and I have never been thin. Back in 2012 I managed to slim down to 215, but I gained it all back and a few friends. Determination is all we have to keep :)

Nobody told me that I would be cold more than ever before. Also, that my body would look worse before it started to get better. The joys! :)
