I've been missing for awhile. I'm back and doing much better. I will be posting my updates starting with the end of June. Please anyone help me with tips as far as staying on track when life situations stress you.

@britnaii22 I usually have 2 eggs for breakfast and then 2 for a snack. I don't feel myself being hungry, but I want to make sure I'm getting enough in to keep my metabolism going so that I do not plateau. Do you suggest that I eat more during a snack or a meal?

I am having a hard time with meeting my caloric intake. I have never really been a carb person except for all of the unhealthy junk that I no longer eat. It is hard for me to reach my numbers due to me only having a small amount of carbs or none at all for one of my meals. Someone please help me out in this situation.

I normally drink about a gallon and a half of water each day. It does help me to eat less, burn mote calories, and I always feel refreshed. It also helps to flush out sodium so my swelling in my ankles and feet has vanished.
