My boyfriend and I spend around £150 (around $186) on our food shop each month (everything's usually from tesco or waitrose). We buy everything we want and don't miss out on anything, we don't go out of our way to try and spend less on food. Our dinners are always homemade so it's a lot cheaper than buying packaged stuff I…

Yep, I went out to dinner with my mum and got macaroni last week. It was absolutely disgusting and I was really annoyed I'd wasted calories on it. I ate half because I was trying not to be rude but I could not justify finishing it all and going over my daily goal for it.

Yes you'll still lose weight so long as you're burning more than you're eating. However, I would say you can eat healthily and it be a lot cheaper than frozen stuff. You can buy a big bag of lentils, which lasts ages, some carrots and make up a big pot of soup. Or buy some tinned tomatoes, garlic and onion and make your…

I have a polar ft60, got it for around £50 on ebay last year. There's a lot more newer models out now but it does the job. I love the chest strap, the bikes in spin class and the machines in the gym pick up on it and display your actual HR and I find the calorie count to be quite accurate from session to session.…

A good warm up (jog/run not walk), then do some dynamic stretches before you do static stretches. For static stretches they should be uncomfortable but not painful and I aim to hold for 30 seconds. And after you've stretched you shouldn't be sore like you maybe would be if you'd done lifting or whatever it should feel…

Frozen bananas with a little water in the blender gives a soft-serve ice cream texture, I add in some frozen mixed berries to make it taste nicer too as I'm not a big banana fan. May need to blend a little at a time depending on how good your blender is. If you look up "nice cream" on youtube you'll find lots of "fake"…

Personally, I just eat something sweet because I know if I don't keep eating the stuff I like while trying to lose weight once I stop I'll just gain everything back as I'll want to eat that stuff again. So I just eat a smaller portion than I would usually have so I'm still under my calories. I have a big sweet tooth and…

I'm 5'3 started at 173 after six days I weighed in at 166. It's perfectly normal to lose a lot of weight the first week.

Why would you want to be unhealthy? I think you should put an appointment on with your doctor. I too am starting a vegan plant based diet, but to get enough protein and stuff from plants alone you need to be eating a lot. Otherwise you'll just end up malnourished, ill and likely in hospital.

Feel free to add me too, I gained around 4 stone the past three or four years and I have similar pictures. I keep going up and down and falling of track, I need someone to kick my butt too!

I had half a large honeydew melon and an apple today :)

My boyfriend and I both wore our polar watches when we took the dog out yesterday to compare. He's 270lbs and I'm 155lbs and he burned more than double what I did.

I've started it about 3 times now, I get to about week three/four and get really bored. It is really repetitive but it does give good results. There's a T25 support group on facebook which is really good. Remember to take your measurements now and compare later as not everyone see's a change in the scale but they're losing…
