So I have come across a deceptively healthy/delicious topping for toast... which is even better on an english muffin. A tablespoon of spicy guacamole and a poached egg. Pure. gym. fuel. Or you know, super busy/hungry days.

I love going to the gym after work! Everyone looks so bleary eyed and hating life, meanwhile I'm pumped up on preworkout and pounding the treadmill like a beast. Tremble in fear daywalkers!
