CSW 208.4 CGW 196.4 11/3 202.2 It looks like I have made it past my plateau. I lost a little over 2 lbs this week. Yea! I’ve hired a trainer and will start going to the gym Tuesday. I’ve heard that you sometimes gain weight when you start exercising. I hope I don’t.

CSW 208.4 CGW 196.4 CW 205.2 I lost .6 this week. I am happy with that. I had a really stressful weekend and ate to many calories. Since then I am back on track, so hurray.

Since I started with MFP on a Friday, I’m changing my weigh in to Friday. SW 215.4 SCW 208.4 10/20 205.8 I am so close to my first 10 lb loss today I am celebrating. I bought a dozen roses.

This is my first challenge. I started September 8. I’m using hypnosis to get me out of the way. I’m not using any diet just listening to my body telling me it is time to stop eating. My mini goals are to be under 200 and to loose 10% of my weight. I started at 215 and am down 7 so far. I'm starting to believe that this will work. I haven't come up with a reward yet.
