I take 1 ounce avocado and whip it together with one tablespoon part skim ricotta - use that on one WASA rye cracker... Sprinkle with a little dry Italian seasoning and squeeze a couple drops of fresh lime juice.

Thanks guys! @creationscrown it took me about 3 years, I am 5'3, and I have lost just about 100lbs. My goal is to be "normal" BMI. I run around 20 miles per week, and do strength training on my off days. I think the exercise definitely helps me wear my weight well - I am 145 currently, shooting for 125-130. Good luck to…
