I am trying to stay motivated with a positive attitude and want to go to bed each night being able to tell myself I had a good day. I am also beginning to pray that the Lord will remind me before each meal about making good choices. Lastly, I have adopted this quote: Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.

Hi, I'm new too. 61 and would like to lose 75 pounds. I go to work very early in the morning and by the time I get home in the afternoon I am exhausted. And I have a desk job so I sit all day! I am trying to change my eating habits and hope to regain some lost energy!
