Drinking a lot of water will definitely help. I have a favorite meal that ALWAYS keeps me bloated for days. Now I know to drink a ton of water that evening into the next day and that helps immensely.

Also, if you think this will totally derail you from all of your hard work, either eat before or bring something with you. It's all about what you think will help you best (mentally). Let us know how it goes! Drink a lot of water while you there as well. Will help curb your appetite.

Agree with the above! It's all about portion and control! You can have a bit of what's there, but don't go overboard. ALSO, don't let this be the open gate to falling back in after you've done such a great job! You can do this! I usually do two things - either do the stairs (meaning first floor to the top) or I hop on my portable stair stepper. The stair stepper has been amazing!
