I don't feel deprived, I've lost and kept the weight off. I had a full pre-op workup last month and my doctor told me I'm his healthiest patient. So, it's been amazing, thanks!

I can assure you, we're not afraid. We're aware of how unsustainable this is for the long term for most people. That guy could've said it without being rude though.

I'm 32 and in maintenance, feel free to add!

I cook mine with water, then add milk for volume. I vary with vanilla, Splenda, brown sugar, banana, nuts, cinnamon, pumpkin spice, chia seeds, a tablespoon or two of heavy cream if I'm not using milk.

Do you do resistance training? Considering your height and weight, it sounds like toning and changing that fat into muscle is more up your alley. Yes, cardio is great for fat loss and more importantly, for your heart health. But if you do cardio a couple of times a week and replace the rest with weights/resistance…

Net carbs are the grams of total carbohydrates in a serving minus its grams of fiber. That's it. And MFP does track your fiber.

Yes and yes! Every single workout is 25 minutes which is fab. It can be difficult but it's always over in 25 minutes! I recommend it.

Everyone is different. I was 224lbs by the time I was 14, 280 when I graduated high school three years later. Everyone felt like it was ok to tell me about my weight and did. My family, teachers, doctors. I cursed them in my head and still mashed to have a great 4 years of high school and pretty fun early 20s. I started…

Nuts and dates did it for me.

My partner doesn't do what I do either, nor do I expect him to. That's not fair, to make a decision for myself, then try to impose it on someone else and when it doesn't work, blame them for my own shortcomings.

You are going to see major changes in your body!

Vinegar, salt, Mrs. Dash table blend, onion and herb, or original seasoning.

Absolutely.

This is great, I love hearing the different perspectives on gym vs home!

A blank stare til they move on is the best explanation you should offer. This is 100% untrue. Women do not have the testosterone to bulk up like that. You're doing perfect. I alternate between lifting heavy and bodyweight exercises just to keep my muscles limber but personally, bodyweight is what really toned me up and I…

Okay! I hear that. That gym vibe definitely is real but it just doesn't suit me. To each their own friend.

My situation is almost identical. Once I started working 50 - 60 hours a week, I just really wanted to get home and counted the time I saved not having to travel to and from the gym by just working out at home priceless. I invested and got Select Tech weights to save space because I have an apartment, not a house, and I…

Over here it's a studio apartment. And ok, I hear that.

Cookie butter, idgaf. Chicken cilantro wontons. Ok I'm at a loss.

Truthfully, you may have to compromise and change your mindset about it not feeling like a real workout when you do it in your home. That's the safest and free-est way I think you're going to reach your goals.

Have you tried the SheFit sports bra brand? It's for bigger busts and offers amazing support.

Knee high boots that I could barely zip over my calves this time last year, I can now slide on and off without even opening!
-
What are you eating? Protein and fiber together help get full faster and keep you full longer. Or, you could try volume eating.
-
Have you tried less reps with heavier weights?
-
Cottage cheese, grilled chicken, roasted garlic Triscuits, avocado.
-
I use so much less oil now. When I do use it, it's with a purpose and always measured.
-
It sounds expensive.

You should post in the Recipes thread.

Zero.
