I looooove eating out. I don't do it often but one of my favorite things about being in maintenance is having that sort of flexibility.

Any workout, gym or not, you gotta take at least one rest day a week. I'm forcing myself to start taking two a week, one is a total rest day and one is an active recovery day so I'll something like yoga. Your body needs to recover so you can come back stronger.

Homemade cranberry sauce, little fresh OJ, cinnamon stick, sugar, pinch of nutmeg. I have to make two batches because one of them is straight up mine.

"Where is my glasses strap?" "Maybe this time I can hold the outside handles on the elliptical instead of the inside ones. No just kidding, don't fall off!" "Can I pull up my pants without stopping and without falling off?" "Your core!" "Why didn't I get the sport cap water bottle, why do I keep doing this to myself?"…

Calorie deficit is enough.

^^Same.

If you have to call out of work because of the food at an office party, you've got way bigger issues going on.

On weekdays I eat at the same consistent times. Breakfast, protein shake, lunch, snack, a second snack if I'm working a 12 hour day, then dinner when I get home. Weekends are absolute mayhem though, my eating schedule is lawless.

I asked myself the same thing today but since it's supposed to be my rest day anyway I thought, my body probably needs ACTUAL rest and not just me staying home and still working out to really have a good shot of recovering so I took the day.

I look at holiday foods and some stuff I'll pass on. Like yeah, mac and cheese is great but that's not something that's only limited to the holidays. Stuffing is though and I loooove stuffing so yeah, I'll indulge because we literally only have it ONE day (and a day or two of leftovers) a year. Same with cranberry sauce…

I think it's personal preference. I've taken a few and I just really don't like group classes. I don't even like going to the gym; I'm much more productive with my home workouts where I'm by myself. But also, my workout time is my ME time so perhaps that's part of it.

I've had almost 100% positive feedback. I overall feel very supported and I never have people offer me food or push food on me. If anything, it's the opposite! My office is so cool with it and when the guys who work at store across the street from my job asked me how I lost so much weight, they started weighing my fruit…

You don't have as many friends as you think you do.

I did but halfway through I plateaued and it wouldn't budge. Changing my workout routine and getting that scale not only jumpstarted the loss but took me all the way to the finish line.
-
This is odd. Which procedure did you have, may I ask? RNY, the lap band, or the sleeve?

The best waist trainer is the one you don't buy.

These were magical.

Today will be T25 Beta, Dynamic Core. Maybe a TurboFire 15 or 20 minute HIIT with my weight vest.
-
Insanity is exactly that, insane. I'd recommend starting with T25 but if you want to jump right, go for it!

It's time for a new workout routine. You might be bored with it, your body would be if it's been the same for a long time. And I definitely agree with another commenter, you gotta have something you can do at home. It can get exhausting always having to troop to the gym to get your workout in. You might find it easier to…

I went to a family function on Saturday and my grandma was positively gleeful when she went in for a hug and could wrap both of her arms all the way around me.
-
Why on earth wouldn't you be? You can be positive and positively decide it's time for a change. Wanting to lose weight doesn't equate with hating yourself. I felt just fine about my body when I was 310lbs, I just decided there needed to be less of it.

Low carb whole wheat wrap, 2T hummus, generous handful of baby spinach, half an avocado, grilled chicken.

I've never taken pills for anything so I'm glad I didn't have to work that out. As far as the fatigue, that is absolutely 100% NORMAL. Truthfully, I didn't start feeling my energy really return for about a month or so but when you're subsisting on liquid and mush, that's to be expected.

Unless you're referring specifically to people who have had the lap band, no, they certainly don't.

So is being morbidly obese. And crossing the street.
