  • to get abs you need to lose body fat... 10 lbs might be a bit of muscle too... You can't spot reduce. Keep on working out, it'll happen. Patience. I still have a long way to go, but I'm on a mission to get them showing as well... preferably before I'm 40
  • I used to be not very consistant with the synthroid... I'd miss days here and there. Since the new year, I've been very consistant, not just with meds, but my eating as well. In regards to exercise, I do body weight exercises as well as I run. So far, I've seen great results.
  • Been a member for awhile, never explored the community side of it. I've lost a little over 45 lbs so far, pretty near my goal... been here before, many times...
