I feel you. Almost 48 here & need to lose 30 pounds. I have been eating at or under my 1200 but I only fluctuate ounces! Last week I read about caloric density- basically eating fiber foods & food w/ lots of water in their make up.. grapes vs raisins. The less dense the more you can eat, get filled up, and wash out more.…
