I put olive oil in a nifty spray bottle for some things. It's so much easier to get just the right amount for roasting tasty veggies. Olive oil is real food and a healthy fat that fills you up nicely. ICBINB is frankenfood. Don't eat frankenfood. :)

Yep, what works for you. Add friends here for motivation. View food prep and motivational stuff on Pinterest and Instagram if that sort of thing works for your motivation. The stories about people reaching goal here are also great inspiration.

I can't see your food log, but saw one comment. Make sure everything you eat is real food. Bologna is not real food. Are you eating too many carbs? Too big of a meal at dinner? Check out @meowmeix on instagram for some visual 21 Day Fix meal prep motivation. Prepping stuff you cook yourself will chisel down the sodium numbers. My sodium intake was insane until I started making everything myself. It takes time and can't be done overnight, but it is possible and her stuff really motivates me :)

I am a diabetic and had that problem for the past 40 years. What has changed is that I now make sure I eat enough fat/protein and do not go into carb overload. The wrong carbs will make me hangry between meals and that's just an ugly thing. Definitely up your water consumption and try to not drink your calories if you are.…

21 day fix chocolate shakes. The dietitians are cool with the ingredients and it helps me get something in my tummy before 11am. I don't like pre-cooked eggs and stuff and cooking is the last thing I want to do when I wake up :)

Nothing after 6pm for me. Night snacking was an issue, especially with the carbs. I sleep so much better now and my digestive issues hardly bother me.
