Its not all or nothing. Just do your best. I have faith in you. It might be helpful to just create a meal plan based on 1400 calories and eat the same thing everyday. Make it stuff you know that you will like so you can maintain it.

Used to lift when I was, but I was a stoner and was basically always high. Saw no performance deficits but I think that about 20 mins in I wasn't high anymore, maybe the endorphins overrode it

I'm on 20 mg. Have been for 3 years or more. No effect on weight, esepcailly when counting calories. Just stay consistent with tracking. If anything it might impact your satiety cues or cravings. Your on such a low dose it prob won't. Anyways mental health is way more important

I would deload for a week or rest for a week and just be active on your trip, then get back to the gym after vacation and you'll prob be stronger

What's your macros like? Eating enough fat/protein, fibre? Have you considered volume eating?

I would start slowly, like one meal at a time. You probably have meals that you repeat, and those would be good meals to begin to practice not logging.
