The more you eat something the more it will grow on you! Often adding a little sea salt on or in sweet things make them taste sweeter (why people like sea salt caramel/chocolate chip cookies). I would continue with SL but don't expect to make number gains so much. Focus on the mind muscle connection and do a bit more cardio/be ok with the weight on the bar going down or staying the same (but sometimes we can hit PRs in a deficit too!)

I would just change your macros to Macros: 20% carbs, 40% protein, 40% fat. Or 70% fats, 5% carbohydrates, and 25% protein. (Keto) Do this by going to the goals tab and changing your calorie goal/macro split ratios

I would actually go for the every drinks to keep! Lots of them have much more nutrients infused in them (ie b vitamins, taurine) and they really help me focus in the gym and decrease appetite.

Keep monitoring your weight. Keep adding 100kcals per week or more often if your able to maintain or are gaining little on the calories. I went from 1400 kcals 2 years ago to maintaining on 3000 by adding 100kcals per week, and have stayed around 3000 for about 1.5 years since then. Gained little to no weight
