I used a free online Keto calculator to figure my fat, protein, and carb ratios. I decided it was best to go with the 1200 calories that mfp suggested. I am only 10 pounds from the lowest weight I'd be comfortable with, which is 115 lbs at 5' 2.5" tall.

On day 43 of Low Carb High Fat diet, lost 10 pounds so far. Just started tracking food a few days ago and it has made a huge difference. Current weight 125.2 height 5' 2" age 39 first goal 120lbs second goal 115. Also thinking I should add in some weight training. I'm currently only playing tennis for an hour twice a week…
