That's great. I was literally just thinking of what I could use for storage. But do you usually freeze any of the meals you make or you just move them to the fridge?

Thank you! I will definitely be using your cucumber salad recipe .. the only concern I have is things going bad in the fridge I don't mind meal prepping I just struggle with ideas for foods that can stay fresh in the fridge.

Thank you very much Bri, This time around I am doing it and sticking with it. I see a lot of people saying don't necessarily cut out the foods you enjoy just eat them within moderation. So I am going to still try to erase some things that I know are just poison for my body but also incorporate some of the "bad" things too!…

I am completely open for any motivation I can get from anyone. I am about 6 ft tall and weigh 235 right now and honestly I will never forget when I got on the scale about 2 years ago and saw 211 I was completely digusted. Now I get on the scale and almost want to cry .. I am here for motivation and I hope you will be too !
