Nope, no working out like at home. Just got back from Germany, hiked and biked and ate and drank wine every night. The great thing about traveling is there is really not a lot of opportunity for eating between meals. Did not gain any weight!

Jimmy Dean lights at Costco. It's an English muffin, turkey sausage, egg white, and light cheese with 17 grams of protein. Just microwave and go. Wrap in foil if you don't want to eat right away.

You're at the pumpkin patch on Halloween and in your family photo sitting on hay bales it looks like there is a very large pumpkin under your shirt and your boobs are resting on the pumpkin. Ugh

I do body pump also, love it! To log under exercise, I go to cardio and use the strength training entry.

A wonderful lady in body pump class at my gym came up and told me the gym should use me as an advertisement for success, especially since I lost the weight and have maintained now for almost a year. Made me so happy!

I am 54, on HRT. I have lost 35 lbs. not a huge amount of loose skin. Belly and thighs not as firm as they could be, but overall I'm pleased. Do body pump (weight lifting) at least 3x week along with cardio. Lost the weight slowly over 7-8 months,

I'm 5'8" and have gotten down to 135lbs. I'd like to lose 5 more to get tummy flat but pretty happy where I am at 135. I do both cardio and lift weights.

I'm 5'8" and weigh 136 lb right now after losing 33 lbs. I'm pretty happy with how I look. I love my arms and can now wear a bikini. Yea!! I work out 5x week and include both cardio and weight/strength training.

Guy Fieri on food network does a good one with red quinoa and citrus, with jicama, orange segments, cilantro,etc. really good and I add grilled chicken for protein and make it a meal.
