completely blew the nutrition and workouts this week. Had a really rough week and turned to my comfort - food. SMH. I have got to get this under control.

down a lb. I will take that after being at a plateau for weeks. Started c25k this morning. not a runner but giving it a try.

My plans include continuing to get up at 540 and walk or do the 22 min hard Corp workouts. Keeping my nutrition on point and staying active through the day

just added my stats to the spreadsheet. So excited - this has really motivated me. I already have in 5000 steps this am (got up and walked 1.8 miles). Plan on adding in a second workout this afternoon.

Joining in. Just getting back on track after a rough month. SW 170 GW 130 I am doing the 22 Minute Hard Corp workouts from Beachbody but tracking my foods here instead of the meal plan they offer.

We did Disney at Thanksgiving. I lost weight due to increased activity. One day we did 15 miles - gps on phone. Most meals are big enough to share and we still had snacks along the way. Have fun and don't log.

I use Melatonin on nights when I can't sleep. Usually 3 mg does the trick and I get a good nights sleep.
