Previous two weeks I didn’t track and had lots of celebrations, eating out and indulging. Scale showed it and went up a pound. Back on track this week and hoping for a 3lbs loss on Monday. Logging food is necessary for my weekly success I think.

Two steps forward, one step back. I totally deserved this week’s weight gain (1.4 lbs). Didn’t track for the weekend while I was in a three day workshop and too many cheets. This week I go back to diligence and staying on track.

Ugh. Went COMPLETELY off the rails last night. 😞 Nothing was satisfying me and I said screw it, I’m going to indulge. So far I’ve only been reducing calories, but to make up for this total cheat I’m going to go for some really long walks. Hopefully the scale won’t go up next week!

Just started on Monday. Goal is to lose about 45lbs by end of October (big birthday), but summer is a great initial milestone to work towards. I made myself a weekly weigh-in chart to keep me going. Biggest challenge will be keeping it up week after week (heck.. day after day is hard enough).

@Renonelarock Oops. Please disregard. After searching online I've learnt that this is a brand name and the same type of noodle we have just a different brand. One amazon review mentions the fish smell and texture too. Maybe I just have to get used to it. ;)

@Renonelarock Hi! Just wondering what your miracle noodles are you mentioned in your post? My husband introduced our house to some yam noodles that are 0 carbs and 0 calories but for some reason they smell really fishy despite having absolutely no fish product in them and I don't care for the texture. Looking for a lower…

So far just doing it by diet, but would like to start working out soon when the weather warms up to go outside or I get some motivation to spend evenings at the gym. My biggest…

Daughter's graduation in 80 days. Don't want to be the fat mom. Not going to be skinny, but a 20lb loss will sure help!! That's a whole dress size I think?
