  • I am trying to get my 20 lbs off. Just started back with MFP 3 weeks ago. I am only down 2 lbs. I have been documenting all my food. Weighing, measuring. I have been doing water aerobics. I am hoping to get results of 1-2 lbs per week. A little discouraged, but I won't give up.
