No not at all. High levels of vitamin C are great for your immune system. Iron is always good to have in your diet, many people do not get enough. As for MFP tracked, I always go over my vitamin goal for the day. You are fine. Vitamins are always good to have in your diet

I make it a weekly routine to have one meal with high amounts of carbs. It helps give me energy for the rest of the week. I only reduce my carbs a few weeks before competition. Your best bet for healthy eating is probably to just stay at a basic intake of carbs, unless you are trying for different goals in mind.

It's all about what you are trying to do. I personally love fruit so my sugar intake tends to be a little higher. As long as you are hitting your calorie goal and losing weight. You should try interval training. High intensity for a short period of time. It helped kick start my body fat percentage.

Here is my imput. I am currently on a "low carb" cut for a competition. But my best advice to you is to have carbs post workout and get the rest from nuts. You should be eating before and after your workout to fuel your body. You don't need anything big before, just some carbs such as oatmeal. Post workout you need to refuel your body with protein and carbs as well as fats!
