I consume around 1300 calories a day. I started at 130 before I was pregnant. I'm in my 20s. I'm 5'6". I usually scan bar codes if I'm eating something that has them. If not, for breakfast I usually use measuring cups since I eat cereals. The rest I sort of guess at how much I think I'm consuming.
