I did the first month and i was sooo pleased! So proud of how much results i seen! It sucks doing it but boy does it pay off!! Remember, you don't have to go as fast or hard as them, take your time, really feel the movements, then work your way up and push yourself.

Well thats the thing i really stick to like chicken fish and protien bars and shakes, eggs.. all the basics but everything els i will eat like ice cream, pasta ect. I really focus on hitting my protien first because it'sthe hardest then splerge for everything els. I can't ever make anything fancy because i have to weigh…

i love c4. mr. hyde is a good one too. how long have you been taking a pre workout. you might need to cycle off 4 weeks so you don't become used to the effect.

it take discipline and patients. a healthy life style isn't easy.. if it was, everyone would be fit! just keep reminding yourself why you are doing this. it takes 30 days to start a habit! so bare with yourself for those 30 days, and it should be alot easier for you!

well i know when my stomach feels empty and i fill it back up when i am scheduled to, i feel empowered. it takes practice, patience, dedication and determination. when i fill myself too much then i feel lazy, and uncomfortable. regardless if it was healthy or not. there are limits and boundaries.
