So good! I put on 3lbs this week after an awful cold and then suddenly being able to eat again...but I've lost an inch off my waist in the last fee weeks...this is such a good tool to get back perspective and remind myself no real results are instant :)

See if you can find some stretching or yoga routines...sharp pain is telling you to stop. You could try scaling back your workouts and building back up to what you tried.
