Yes I think just going to bed and let this phase pass by, eating more is not what I want at this stage. I have been eating extra and not losing an oz! Or push my dinner to 8pm instead of 6:30 if I can.

I weighed in today and up 2.5 lbs, I don't get discouraged because I know my belt size went down, I just re- evaluate progress and average monthly loss. Yes patience for sure :)

I should try avocado oil! some oils can be harmful at high heat and I used to use olive oil until I found out it is unhealthy to heat it too much.

What works for me is to always feel full. I bring my own food which I enjoy, I do not care if they have at the office my favorite food on earth.
