I'm back been on a break from here but not from losing weight , I've lost 45 lbs so far and I have 45 more to go and LNS gets me I think this will help me stay more focused on not losing the battle so much at night so I'm in for this challenge!!! Nice to be a part of it with you all !!

Would love to give and receive support as well have been gone for awhile got new hip replacement finally mostly healed and back on the journey have changed eating habits as well would love new friends and motivators
