I am in awe of your success and perseverance. I have about 60 pounds to lose and I just cannot visualize it happening. I'm down the first 10 and I'm happy about it and learning about what right portion size is and all, but what did you do to keep your mind from sabotaging you? I'm afraid mine is not so strong.
