I had Dunkin donuts over the weekend. It wasn't as satisfying and fulfilling as Krispy Kreme is in my opinion. Plus fresh donuts off the belt? Uh hell yes.

What I realized -- and what I forgot to mention-- is to not get upset with the number. What I do now is make adjustments based upon what I see. Getting upset will not accomplish anything unless you plan to do something about it. Trying something different: diet, exercise, changing habits, and etc.

Ha to answer your question, experiment what works for you! I heard of fasting from a Tim ferris podcast and told myself I gotta try this out(15/9, 16/8) because of all these benefits Dr Rhonda Patrick stated. Plus it seemed realistic for me to accomplish.

For me I have been doing either 15/9 or 16/8 and to my surprise I has been working to my benefit. Why? Because I am more mindful of what I eat, how I eat, and how my body overall reacts. Every week at least. When I wake up with no water. When I arrive to the gym. After I finish working out. I also weigh myself a day after "eating bad" to see if I gained weight. Yet, to my surprise I haven't gained any weight after those bad days.
