I have both a road bike and a Peloton and prefer the Peloton. There are about 3 months a year that I can actually ride outside and can't ride from one place to another anyways since I live in a rural area.

I'm playing Wallyball tonight. 1 hour with no breaks is a kick as work out. I can burn about 500 in that hour.

Love my Peloton bike. Going on 2 years and still riding strong.

Peloton! The best investment ever! I love the bike and the classes. Let me know if you want more info or have any questions.

I am about the same weight as you and am eating 1350 calories a day, which was set by my nutrition coach. I try to walk on my lunch everyday about 45-minutes to an hour and also spin for 20-45 minutes a day. I would caution if your using a cheap tracker that you may not be getting as many steps as you think. When I had a…

I'm about the same weight as you (was 213 January 1st and down to 198 today) and though I don't count calories, I count macros I'm eating about 1350 calories a day and work out about an hour a day. I think you will find weighing everything is key. Also you said your getting most of your protein from eggs. If your eating…

Here are my current macros set by my nutrition coach. 125g carbs, 50g fat, & 100g protein. I started out at 210 pounds and have lost 10 pounds last month. Obviously you weigh a lot less so yours would be different.

I'm sure you can find plenty of low-carb recipes at skinnytaste.com.

You should check into Stronger U. It's a great program and it is macro based. I think you would probably find that you could actually eat more on Stronger U. I currently get 125g of carbs, 55g fat, and 100g protein a day and can lose weight. If your interested I can point you in the right direction to get more info:)

I'm not sure some people ever know what they want to do for a career. I came from a family that didn't give me much guidance and had two parents that didn't go to college. I graduated high school and still didn't know what I wanted to do. I worked full time and went to college full time with a major in business and finance…
