You answered your own question! More bulk generally leaves you feeling fuller. Also a 100 cal candy bar will me gone an about 3 seconds if your anything like me and leave me wanting more sweet stuff. Same with salt....more you have the more you want!

I don't eat juch fruit anymore.....I find it too hard to fit the calorie count into my numbers so i tend to stick to raw veg and cooked chicken to snack on.

Not quite a milestone but this year is the first year I've had 3 weeks off from tracking at Christmas and got straight back in the zone in Jan and haven't stayed in holiday mode til after after my birthday in march!! Really feel like it's a maintainable lifestyle choice this time!!!
