Any diet can work as long as it's varied with many different foods. The progress journey is a long one. Personally mine has had a lot of ups and downs - keeping health front and center everyday is a challenge. Best thing to do is make friends who also live healthy life styles - so you can be around people with good habits while you're still developing your own.

I've also have been keeping up with my log! Honestly is the best policy with myself - I always put everything down even if it's unhealthy (that's probably why my dairy is private). Over time it becomes a great habit and gives some sort of accountability with what I eat daily so I can make better choices. I hope you find it…
