I work in banking fraud. I see love scams often. It is hard to convince the victim that they are a victim. The thing is in most cases they never meet the lover. They are set up with a 3rd party to move money. A Mule. Good luck Rick. Did all 3 today! Happy Saturday!

I stayed Keto since Jan 2. Went up a pound this week. I determined I should restrict calories as well. I eat on average 1000 to 1500 a day. I am going to shoot for no more than 1300 and really try to listen to my body and eat only when hungry. I think even tho I eat under 20 carbs, I eat too many snacks that are carb less.…
