30 years old, mother, Height 5ft 2inches Starting weight 130lbs Update new weight is now 108 and lost 22lb all together. Like my weight as is, but do want to tone up. Managed to keep weight off over Christmas as well. I set my weight loss goal to .5lbs which is 1380 cals per day. I couldn't go any lower I would be starving.

I find if so easy to put the weight back on which is why I'm logging everything forever now ha good luck xx

I am starting weight training again as I'm happy ish now and nearly at goal weight, And walk every day for an hour as an extra and don't log it. I find it far too easy to put weight back on. :/

Aww i think 120 is a good target that was my original target then after 2 years at that weight i decided i wanted to lose some more and exercise more etc Good luck xxx

Its achievable just set achievable goals and then new goals. I'm sure you'll get to your ideal weight and be happy xx

Sounds like a good plan. thats what i do. maintain for a while and see if i like the weight and if not start again xx

Good luck its always better setting yourself achievable goals. I have to do so many squats to keep my bum during weightloss, you may notice that whilst your dropping the lbs xx

I think its a personal choice. I was happy at 130 then i decided i wasnt. I set myself a goal that's achievable, then once i've reached it decide if i want to lose more or maintain. Good luck xx

Thats good that you know what you like. I think with us being little aswell if we go too thin we look like little girls instead of women, i want to keep my curves but get rid of the jigglly bits. Think i need to go back to weight training xx

123 is nice I'm at 116 I want to lose a little more but want to keep some curves, it's hard working out when to stop. xx

True I suppose weights not everything I was going to up the exercise as I think I need to tone up and I want to keep my bum lol xx

I've been at 130 and I think it's s nice weight, it's sorta trial and error. I guess. I just won't nothing to jiggle ha xx

You have lost a lot of weight, well done!! Ha i used to have bigger boobs i'm around a b/c now. 120 is a nice goal. Think its when you feel good about yourself and everyone's different. Good luck xx

I have done that a couple of times. i feel like because we are small we put weight on quicker. As if i eat wha'ts recommended to maintain weight i can actually put it on. 110 sounds like a nice weight. Good luck xxx

16lbs is amazing to lose. You will start to notice, i notice around my waist and hips. Good luck and keep at it xx
