  • I follow it. However I'm not as strict as some. 50 carbs a day and 1000 cal. I've seen a 3-lb a week loss. I started almost 3 weeks ago. Very pleased with the results. I'm also walking up to 3 miles a day.

  • I'd say eat more carbs. I didn't lose weight until I cut down. Perhaps by adding them it will help you gain.
