  • Do what works for YOU! I have to weigh daily. It's the only thing that works for me. I've fallen off diets many times in the past and stopping the daily weigh-in is always the first warning sign that I'm about to fail again. Religious daily weighing is what has helped me keep 80+ pounds off for 6 years now. YMMV.
  • If I ate every 2-3 hours I'd probably still be almost 400 pounds, as well as blood sugar through the roof. I lost 100 pounds on a low carb diet, just eating standard 3 meals a day, with an occasional snack. But then I stalled (with still quite a bit more to lose!). I mean a *five year* stall. But I figured at 100 pounds…
