Even though I have only lost almost 10 pounds so far, it is amazing what energy I have gained! Last night was suppose to be a rest night but, I had time and energy and thought why not hop on the treadmill and walk?! :smiley:

I have a comfy but, non-stretchy flannel shirt I like to wear for work but always wear it unbuttoned because it has always been too tight. Today I noticed that I can overlap the front which I could never do before! :) Good birthday present to me today!

I noticed a vien that has always been pretty swollen(dang varicose veins) is no longer visible and flat to the touch! That is huge for me as it had once been checked on for DVT.

I actually allow myself to have one day a week to eat sort of whatever I want and I still continue to lose weight. I find if I let the reins loose a bit one day a week, I don't fall off the wagon completely later because I've restricted myself so much. I know this doesn't work for everyone but, it's done well for me so…
