Put your info into MFP, it will give you calories! then add 500-600 cal to account for bf, watch your milk supply and if it drops, increase you calories.

As long as you are eating at a calorie deficit, yes you can loose weight just with walking. That is how I do it mostly. I keep meaning to start strength training, but get psyched out whenever I get to the gym!

I would say if you are particularly pear shaped maybe 120, if you are tummy and boob heavy you could weigh more and be a size 8. But it will depend on you muscle fat ratio too, so you won't know till you get there. Why not just get someone to actually make your clothes ? Some sort of seamstress or tailor?

Or ... I could spend 10-15 $ on a pedometer watch and replace the batteries once a year. Much less expensive! :)

I researched obsessively for weeks until I decided that none of the fitness trackers are worth it. At least for me at the moment. Some people really find them motivating, but I think they are generally inaccurate. For example Unless you have a chest strap the heart rate monitor won't be accurate.

I 1200 cal is the minimum that doctors and health officials agree on, but I think the 1200 min is very unfair for short people.
