Cwolfman I think you might be right. I am just so excited to have found something I actually enjoy that I want to go all in. But I will take your advice and find a way to mix it up. For now I will go to the spin classes I can do. And fit some other stuff into my week. Thank you

My biggest issue with the peloton is the rediculous monthly subscription. If it was 10$ a month then I would probably be drooling over the peloton. Ideally I would love to get the same bike as my gym has, which is the Keiser m3i. But I think I will start keeping an eye on the second hand market for that.

I think I will make a decision to take a certain number of classes before I can decide whether or not to get the bike. Maybe 50 classes. Maybe 100? But I am 100% going to get the shoes the first week of February.

What are your calorie requirements per serving? Do you want a certain amount of protein, what about macros?

I have seen very little difference between weighing and measuring. I even spent a couple days doing both so I could check.

Also you can copy meals from someone else's diary to your own diary to save a little time.

I would say your husband can cook his own food. Another option is to cook like normal and take 250-300 calories worth for yourself, plus a bunch of steamed vegies .

Always weigh at the same time everyday. I find first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything to be the most consistent. But even then my weight can fluctuate a pound or two.

Just fit a small amount of tasty chocolate into you calories each day! I don't crave it too often, but sometimes I just want a glass of red wine and chocolate. So I fit it in and feel snobby adult for 20 min.

If you don't want to see the projected weight, stop selecting the complete diary option.

360 seems right for 45 min on a bike. The 1000 seems way way off. Sounds like flywheel or whatever is just trying to motivate you by vastly overestimating.

If you don't want to adjust how you measure, you can just lower the number of calories. Maybe go for 2500 a day.

7 lbs in 10 weeks is great, but if you want to loose faster get a food scale and make sure your logging accurate.

I snack on low calorie veg between meals, if I get super hungry.

I make sure to fit some chocolate into my diet, that helps with other cravings some how.

Give yourself that full 3 months to heal before worrying too much. You just ripped yourself open and pushed out a human being! Congrats btw!

You need to talk to your doctor. You may be at risk for gestational diabetes. And only your doctor can tell you if it is safe to go on a calorie deficit while pregnant. That being said my dr told me not to gain much more than 25 lbs during my pregnancy. I gained 40lbs by 40 weeks, it was fine.

On toast with salt and pepper is the dreamy, extra good if you butter the toast. But I don't do that any more.

I think it is very normal, you could always just weigh yourself once or twice a month. Then you would see less fluctuations.
