Right now I'm at a 1200 calories a day goal.. I plan on eating a lot of fish chicken and veggies. Typically that fills me up pretty well. I do drink diet soda at the moment so I plan on giving that up and adding more water because I don't drink ANYWHERE near as much as I should. My body is use to pretty bad food. Fast food…

This is why I would like to lose a little more than 20. 20 is a satisfying weight for me but I would like room to enjoy the cruise or food I should say lol.
