I am not sure if they are hot flashes or just hot. But I can't cool off now. Even at night with a low thermostat and a window unit and fan I'm sweating. It is miserable. Working out has been hard too because I get SO hot!!

I'm a continual trier too!! I did quit smoking 5 years ago when I started the process of getting healthy. The weight has been something else. But slowly but surely I feel I'll get to that comfortable place!! Good luck on your efforts!!

Thank You! I am not going to do yoga every day. I'm probably a 2-3 times a week person. My main love is crossfit but I can only do that about 3 times a week and needed to add something so the walking and yoga are additions. Thank you all for your invites!!

The best one for me is the Victoria Secret Bras. I have tried under armour and Nike and non are as comfortable or hold the girls like the VS bras do. And I need the support!! Well worth watching for the sales at VS to get a few.
